Craig Fajnor and Curtis Zacuto, the founding Principals of EcoTierra, have a total of over 40 years of experience in CEQA and NEPA report preparation. The founding Principals established the firm in July, 2010, after previously serving as the Senior Vice Presidents for a noted Southern California CEQA firm.
